DESCRIPTION
The apron is a separate panel sewn over the vamp, which puts two layers of 1.5 mm calf across the toe and one everywhere else. That is 0.3 mm of extra material exactly where a shoe is kicked.
Vegetable-tanned, so it arrives pale and ends up several shades darker depending on where you wear it. We do not photograph it after a year because your year will not look like ours.
